Curriculum based learning

Since our inception we have been designing curriculum-based education for K12 schools in Australia and New Zealand in conjunction with The Learning Federation. We also develop educational resources for third-party organisations that are designed to be integrated into school curriculums. In addition to this, 2and2 consults to one of Australia's largest universities on effective instructional design with multimedia.

Marketplace education

Sometimes the best way to achieve a marketing objective is through educating your marketplace on the benefits of your product or service. 2and2's history, starting life as part of a major marketing and advertising agency, provides us with a unique mix of skills when it comes to creating education designed to deliver a marketing outcome. This has ranged from helping Westpac educate customers on the advantages of new online services, to developing a sales education tool for QBE's broker network and helping Meat and Livestock Australia bridge the gap between urban and rural Australia.

Compliance training with real learning outcomes

Whether its health and safety, financial or legislative obligations, sometimes 'checkbox compliance' isn't enough. You need to know that your staff understand the principles and can apply that knowledge effectively. This means delivering learning that actively involves the learner in the subject matter. 2and2 use simulations and scenarios to embed a deep understanding of the complex issues that underlie an organisation's compliance requirements.
